Isaac Towne CFP®
Isaac Towne graduated from Letourneau University in 2013 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Math and Applied Sciences. In an Engineering Economics class under a professor that was a former day trader, Isaac realized he had a stronger passion for the estimation and financial analysis side than the design side of Engineering projects. He spent nearly six years in Engineering, primarily sales and marketing roles. In his last stop before entering the financial service industry, Isaac spent three years teaching secondary and middle school math, where he enjoyed simplifying complex topics and integrating financial literacy into classroom projects.
Isaac joined the Granbury office of Team Financial Strategies in August 2022 as a Client Service Associate. He has enjoyed utilizing his passion for helping others and his love of personal finances to serve customers. Isaac completed his Certified Financial Planning coursework through the University of Texas at Austin and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2025. Kirby Hartley
Kirby Hartley joined Team Financial Strategies in January 2025. He brings nearly five years of experience in the financial industry and a unique professional background rooted in classical education.
Kirby grew up working at his family's small business, Hartley's Top Dog Kennels, in Exeter, California. After graduating from Hillsdale College in 2015, Kirby worked as a teacher at several classical academies, and later as a sales leader building a national sales department in the education technology sector. It was during this time, fueled by a lifelong interest in personal finance and a desire to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather—who spent 56 years working as a financial adviser—that he realized his true passion lay in helping people to navigate the complexities of financial plan construction.
Kirby earned his Master’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning from Purdue University Global in 2022. Because of his background in classical education, Kirby takes a unique pedagogical approach to financial planning, focusing on how wealth is a means to further serve God and care for our families. He holds his Series 65 license, is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and excels at distilling complex client situations covering everything from taxes to retirement planning into clear, actionable, and highly personalized financial plans.
Away from the office, Kirby serves on the finance council of St. Thomas Becket Catholic Church, as well as financial secretary for the Knights of Columbus, and on the Hillsdale College Alumni Association Board. He and his wife, Ann, are the proud parents of two children. They spend their free time hiking, trying out new board games, or hunting for fossils at Texas state parks and lakes.
